Mcdonald's - Amherst

We don't often eat at McDonald, we needed something to eat for a trip, so we stopped. The food came by quickly and our order was not quite right. I went back and talked to the manager about the mistake. The manager was really nice and accommodating. She talked to the employee who made the order, and the employee recognized her mistake and put the order together correctly. I was impressed by how well everyone worked together and communicated.

We have a theater program eating here before or after every show and they are always able to get the 30 of us with what we ordered in less than 7 minutes

No bad place just needs a little more help. And they're hired, I think no call went back for interview. Be ready to wait a bit.

I and my two sons came on Saturday, December 18 at 4 pm. The employees stood on their A Game and were very polite and helpful. We got our food in time when it was very fresh. The restaurant was very clean. I'm almost 40 years old and these are by far the best McDonalds I've ever had in my life. Stop the good work here!

Clean and quick. Who knew they had Apple fritters? Great with their hot coffee.
