Garlic parmesean was good but original hot was bland. Took a solid 20 minutes for my order to befilled. Staff was polite and place was clean.
I?ve moved around a lot my whole life and favorite restaurant has always been wingstop. I went to this wingstop twice and both times the food was poorly made. The building is also disgusting to be in. I thought the first time was just a fluke but it?scrazy how they managed to make it a worse experience the second. Look at this original hot boneless wing order
Very horrible service. Ordered through door dash, order was messed up, called to see what to do was told to come in and hung up on. Called while on the way to replace my order. Got there and things were beyond crazy. No one had their food. The shift?supervisor? who hung up on me was overheard by all customers screaming in the back on the phone yelling and CUSSING about nothaving fries! A customer walked out saying ?ugh forget it! Give my money to someone else? after being refused a refund causetheir order wasn?t right either. I witnessed a few other customers upset about the wait and the mess up on orders. I wasrefused the name of the employee who was rude and super unprofessional and a number to call about a possible refund. Theresponse I got was ?look online? One and half hrs later my food was ready! Three hrs since ordering food on door dash I wasable to eat! People who know me know I order wingstop twice a week. I understand they were busy and mistakes happen. However,I have never been so rudely spoken to and never had as bad of service as this.
I HATE posting negative reviews but I did not enjoy my lunch at this restaurant. First of all I couldn?t understand the order taker because he was so soft spoken. Secondly, the restaurant was freezing. Water was dripping from the vents and theyhad wet floors just lying down sideways on the ground. Thirdly, we had considered eating in the car because it was so cold butwe waited so long. Finally, good food is worth the wait but I?m sorry the food was nasty. The boneless wings were sittingin a pool of oil and the breading was so thick it hurt the roof of my mouth. Even though we walked in hungry we didn?t finishour meals. The only nice thing is even though they messed up my order and gave me the wrong side they at least made it rightright away.
I hate to give bad reviews. The food was good. The portions were fair. The employees were nice. It was 2pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 people were there when I arrived and no one else came in to eat except 1 person that came in to pick up an order. So itwasn't busy at all. However, the entire restaurant was filthy. That is an absolute deal killer for a restaurant. The healthdepartment would shut you down on the spot. I am not joking. Every single surface in the place was greasy. The front counter,the window counter for picking up your order, the pop machine, many of the tables. You could see that the touch screen thecounter person uses was extremely dirty. The kitchen is very visible and all the prep surfaces were filthy. The sides of thekitchen equipment, same. It looked bad all the way to the back As I said, the employees were nice. Their clothes were notclean either. They weren't busy. There was quite a bit of standing around so they could have been cleaning. Sorry for the badreview but this is not acceptable for a restaurant
