Red Lobster - Ames

Ate at the Victorville, Ca restaurant July 31. Tried to order the Crab Fettuccini and was told they no longer have crab meat on the menu. Very disappointing! This is my favorite dish at your restaurant. Had to order the Chicken Fettuccini instead. It was good, but not as good as the Crab Fettuccini! Though I would let you know how I felt about this menu change. Thanks, Sandra Sturgeon

Excellent service and food. A lot of close parking and a clean restroom and resteraunt. The only negative was that with ample seating, I was seated by a huge and loud group, which was a little inconvient. Jacob, the waiter, was fantastic. The menu is huge with special lunch options and daily specials. Prices are high on some menu options.

Cannot say enough about the fantastic service that we received from this location, there will definitely be more visits in the future!!!!

When we went they were doing a great job of working to protect their customers from getting COVID. Our service was fantastic. Our waiter managed to keep our drinks topped off without hovering. The food was also delicious and a good deal.

We had a very good experience here. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. She was pleasant, positive and provided us with great service. The food was good. We will all go back.
