Mcdonald's - Ames

This place is utterly confusing. The layout is awkward, and the door handles are oversized. The atmosphere feels almost claustrophobic, and the wait times are excessive—over 15 minutes for a burger? I wouldn't recommend it.

The journey was long. though it was moving quite fast, the fries were cold. I don't think they're open to inside.

A little better than the other mcdonalds in ames, but they are both as moderate. the order is always grounded.

Favorite mcdonald’s in the city only people is clear not know how to block up for the trip and consistently block the other track. def not mcdonalds debt though!

I can quickly list what’s good about this location, but the negatives are far more numerous. The food is never correct or fresh, and often you don't even receive your complete order. I visited the restaurant with a friend and my daughter for lunch about a week ago, and I was alarmed to see one of the employees washing herself in the sink with her shirt pulled up. Her pants were around her ankles, and there were filthy, wet paper towels piled on the counter and floor around her. She told my daughter that she could use the restroom but would have to wait because she was cleaning herself up. I’ve never had a positive experience at this location.
