Wendy's - American Fork

I went through the drive through on Saturday and ordered 2 baconator meals and a medium creamcicle frostie. When I got to the window the worker told me the charge was $44 and some change. I said I think he rang that up I incorrectly; I only ordered 2 meals and there’s no way it is that much. He went to his screen and came back and said ok that’s $32 and some change. I handed him my card and we completed the transaction. I noticed there were no straws for our drinks so I tried to get his attention and he just ignored me so we ended up having to drive away without the extra things we needed. To add insult to injury, imagine my surprise when my credit card charge posts this morning for $48 even. He didn’t give me a receipt so I have no proof, but I’m pissed. Are they just randomly overcharging people and pocketing the extra? It wasn’t just a few dollars, it was $15 more than I was told my total was. I will always ask for a receipt from now on, lesson learned, and I will not be visiting Wendy’s any longer. I have no doubt I’m not the not the only person who has been conveniently “overcharged”

I wish there was an option for 0. This place needs to be shut down immediately. For one we wanted a quick a dinner tonight wife wants nuggets so we go. I get the baconator as usual and we get home i open the burger and really 2 bottom buns holding my burger together it's freezing cold and the patty was undercooked and you people want a raise what a joke. The fries looked like someone spit on them to make the salt stick and freezing cold as well as tasted like what's coming out of my rear right now. Did i mention it instantly made us sick? You can guess where i am right this second...... and my wife's favorite nuggets cold like like they just came out of the fridge ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I will need to call health department to have this place inspected and shut down for good. It is not okay to be making people sick because you hate your job and worst part is i'm pretty sure we dealt with the manager monotone voice like he hates his life no manners what so ever. I couldn't even finish half of this meal without getting sick I am disgusted. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times and they always mess the order up. I’ve then since ordered through the app so they would have exactly what I order. Still they managed to mess up… check your bags

I love this place. The cobb salad is amazing and can feed two people not just one. Their fries are the best better than McDonald's or burger king by far. And their strawberry signature lemonade is amazingly delicious. If you haven't tried it yet I would highly recommend getting it If you haven't yet.

We got food for half the family, so i didn't eat, and we we're traveling, so we didn't go in, but the service was quite speedy. Thanks to the employees on shift during our excursion!
