Swig - American Fork

I always enjoy Swig! Unfortunately, they were out of Dr. Pepper, which was a bit of a letdown. However, they managed to create my Raspberry Dream using Diet Coke, and it turned out almost just as good. They also didn't have the gummy sharks for the Shark Attack kids' drink, but they replaced them with gummy bears, which my daughter liked just fine. Overall, it was a good experience!

We really enjoy Swig, but this particular location tends to have issues. The service is frequently very slow; there have been times when I've been stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes without moving. Today, we ordered through the app, and it still took an additional 10 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time and notifying them of our arrival to receive our order. Even if they don’t start preparing the order until we arrive (as we were informed), it shouldn’t take 10 minutes. To avoid the frustration, I recommend driving a bit farther to the Lehi or Cedar Hills locations.

This is the absolute worst experience at SWIG! The customer service was terrible, and I waited a full 35 minutes for my drink! It's just soda; it shouldn't take that long! After waiting for 10 minutes, I was informed that they were out of an ingredient for my drink. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had. I recommend going somewhere else. My entire group ended up leaving and we went to the 7-11 next door instead.

Blended sparkling Flavored water? Genius! It's like a healthy alternative to slurpees that actually refreshes you and makes you feel good after drinking it. You can also have sodas blended, or get a custom Italian soda here. This location is FAST, too. The line can be all the way out to the street and you'll still get thru in just minutes! Awesome, friendly people at this location, and fast refreshing drinks. Well worth pulling into the little strip mall to get to!!

I am a classic swig frequenter. Some may call me obsessed. This location is consistently amazing! Great service, the lines aren?t too long and they get through them quickly. They also always offer a treat or water for my dog when I have her with me, which is always nice! Love swig! ????
