Pizza Hut - American Fork

Don 't even deserve one star!!! Never seen anything like it! Guy at counter opens the pizza (letting it get cold) and says, Oh wow, there isn 't hardly any bacon, oh there is a couple pieces on that one piece. And I agree and told him there 's only a couple flecks on the one piece. He says yeah it might cost a lot more money for that topping. I couldn 't believe it. He doesn 't offer anything like to remake a new one. I asked him where the mgr is and he said, well he 's busy in the back. So he tells me how much and I pay and leave. Never go there! They are horrible!!!

I come here once a week, the lady at the register always tries to remember what I order, very nice, always will come back

Calvin was awesome. He helped me pick some great pizzas and also helped me understand the promos they had going on. Great experience at a good price.

Do not order pizza for delivery here. They did not deliver my pizza last time and gave me the runaround since they use Door Dash (not my choice). After talking with both Door Dash and Pizza Hut, they both blamed Dash, but I couldn’t get a refund, so I disputed it with my credit card co. Giving them another shot tonight was a mistake, they tried to give me 1 pizza in someone else’s name, so I’m sure they delivered my big box to another house. Then, I got a message stating they couldn’t find me. ?‍ pizza is good when you get it, but delivery and service is atrocious.
