I had a fantastic experience during my second visit to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The pizza was excellent and well-worth the price. The staff worked efficiently to fill orders, and the young man at the front counter double-checked my order to ensure accuracy. I was impressed that he remembered to include the additional sauce I had purchased without me having to remind him. The pizza was served quickly, piping hot, and perfectly cooked. Kudos to the Saturday evening shift for a job well done!

When I was finally acknowledged, I was informed that my order would be delayed. After an hour, I was told that my order was likely lost in the midst of a rush of large orders. I understand the challenges they were facing, but I was disappointed by the lack of organization and professionalism in the establishment. The presence of children, who seemed inexperienced and unengaged, added to my frustration. I felt compelled to leave this negative review to address the issues of poor management and structure.
