However, they told me they didn't have enough dark meat to fulfill my order but could provide the original recipe instead. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. Were they really running low on chicken, or just being difficult? I lean toward the latter, as customers should have the option to choose. If it were a legitimate issue, they would have only enough for a couple more orders and would close up. Either way, I decided to take my business elsewhere, at least at this location. I later chose to increase my star rating since we still visit this store occasionally. I understand it’s challenging to find staff these days, and it’s hard to be selective when options are limited. That said, the quality has generally met expectations. However, I encountered another issue when I stopped by to pick up a hamburger. After I paid, they asked me to pull forward. I did, and the three cars behind me were served while no one else was in line. After waiting 15 minutes in an empty restaurant, I went to speak with the manager about getting my money back, only to find out they hadn’t even put my order in. It seemed the problem stemmed from the two girls manning the drive-thru; they appeared to have trouble understanding my order, possibly due to a language barrier since they were speaking to each other in another language. Luckily, the manager was very attentive and took good care of me. I hope that the staff can receive the proper training and motivation to improve customer service. I don't think those two girls should be taking orders, as they seemed unclear on what customers were asking for unless it was a straightforward menu item.
Here's the situation: When you order KFC online, you're given a specific pick-up time. We did this today, waited until that time, and then walked into the store to collect our order. When I mentioned that I had an order, the staff looked genuinely surprised. It quickly became clear that my order wasn't ready yet. I was informed that the orders were running late in getting to the store, but it seemed implausible that there was a 20-minute delay. The food itself was fine, but observing the interactions among the staff made it even more surprising that I received any food at all.
I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. Not only did they get my order wrong, but I had to repeat it four times, and they still messed it up! When we drove up to the window, they made us circle back to the main entrance because our food wasn’t ready. If you’ve ever tried to leave the restaurant and then turn left to come back in, you know how difficult that is. After returning, we waited about 20 minutes for our order, and when they finally brought it out, the chicken was still raw, despite supposedly cooking it for that long. Plus, the root beer we ordered tasted completely off—like it had no sugar at all. The flavor was there, but it was extremely bitter, which I've never encountered before. KFC, please fix this! The root beer should be one of the best parts of the meal, and you’ve somehow messed up both the root beer and the chicken! I want a refund.
I?m not usually one to leave a review but? fair warning if you?re going to order from here. Ordered take out, the receipt on the bag was correct so didn?t feel the need to open the sealed bag (that was a mistake. it was the COMPLETELY wrong order. Not asingle thing was correct. Had to drive back to the restaurant- they made us give the food back (I?m hoping and praying they didnot resell it but also, why not just have us keep it? What a waste of food. Got the right order eventually but every personthere was very unkind. Working in customer service, HUGE red flags. My expectations for fast food aren?t high, this place didn?treach bare minimum.
Told her it was burnt but they tell me its good. Won?t give money back they only want to replace the chicken. I miss the old kfc when there was a small buffet if any of y?all remember those days. This modern kfc is trash I think I would be better off eatingout of a trash can
