Hruska's Kolaches - American Fork

Amazing!!! Fluffy, soft breading, flavorful filling- savory and sweet. We ordered a few different flavors to get a taste and all were amazing. Very limited seating inside (barstool style) but looks like most people order take out anyway. Whenever we are back in the area we will be sure to visit.

This is our go-to place for an amazing breakfast!! The nutella kolache and the bacon,egg, and jalapeño kolache are my favs. Born and raised in Texas, so I definitely know what a great kolache tastes like and this place checks all the boxes (homemade,thick and soft bread with great fillings . This place ALWAYS has a line out the door because they are so delicious. These Kolaches are absolutely mouth watering and will leave you wanting more! The cashier is always friendly, and my order is always accurate. My favorite is the sausage and gravy!

I was a bit concerned that my visit around 9 am would mean a limited selection, but they had all their flavors fully stocked, and the line was manageable. I appreciate their efficient process for moving customers along, and we were enjoying our food within 10 minutes, even with about 10 people ahead of us. If you're in the mood for something classic, the sausage and gravy Kolache is sure to hit the spot, though I recommend getting two for a more satisfying breakfast. You can’t go wrong with any of their egg dishes, but I highly recommend the sausage, egg, and jalapeño option; it has just the right kick of flavor without being overly spicy. I've always been impressed by their range of sweet and savory choices, and since the dough is the same across the board, you really can’t make a bad choice!

Always a delicious breakfast experience! The quality is exceptional and the flavors are fantastic! Arrive early in the morning to skip the long lines. You can't go wrong with either the savory or sweet options!
