Arby's - American Fork

I ordered a turkey sandwich with curly fries and a Diet Coke. The sandwich was fresh and delicious, and the curly fries were cooked perfectly—crispy, not mushy at all. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Arby's generally offers reliable food options, but my experience at the drive-thru was disappointing due to the staff. The woman at the window was quite rude, which caught me off guard. This kind of attitude isn't typical for Arby's, and it certainly doesn't encourage me to return in the future.

I ordered the 4 for $10 special along with a large curly fries. However, after we left, I realized we only received 3 sandwiches. The fries were old and excessively greasy. I won't be returning to this location.

Horrible employees. Went through the drive through. Listened as an older lady was being yelled at but the employee taking her order. When I tried to order the employee was very angry and rude. I ordered beef and cheese and only got classic beef. NEEDBETTER EMPLOYEES. Girl with pink hair was super nice and apologized.

Purchased two fish sandwiches and two small fries, one crinkle and one curly. Fish was tough and dry in the middle and inedible around the edges, like had to work to even bite through it inedible. The crinkle fries were cold and stale. If you look at thepics you can see they are so old they've started to shrink. Manager offered replacement, why would I want more bad food. Refundwould require a second 5.2 mile 26 minute round trip plus waiting on the service. Gee thanks. I'll just keep my $10 curlyfries and never come back.
