Le Relais de la Varenne

Could not fault this place if we tried, from the very friendly welcome to the warm comfortable surrounds and excellent vies of the river. The food was absolutely incredible, and we left feeling very much that we want to return, being an easy walk from our house makes it extra special. We could rave on and on about this place....love it and the staff are fantastic.

We've recently purchased a property this year near the Bistro and have visited on 3 occasions. The food is good quality and service is great. In fact its so good, we're having our wedding meal there as we've decided to get married next year in this wonderful village. The only downside, which was partly our fault. The French don't cook their burgers well done and the inside feels like its not been cooked properly. We were warned in advance but we'd forgot to ask for well done burgers. A mistake we won't be making again. Beautiful decor and it's right next to the river which is amazing in the summer.

Superb food, lovely ambience. Our guests said it was the best steak they had eaten in France. And to top it a pudding with a sparkler

Dans ce charment restaurant on y trouve l'excellent au quelconque. .. la carte est très riche, certainement trop riche pour que tout soit parfait.Je pense que le chef est doué pour la cuisson des poissons. Le poisson du jour est parfait. Les pizzas sont bonnes mais sans plus. Les produits sont frais et cuisinée maison sauf les frites. Ce qui a été apprécié par ma petite fille ce sont les jeux mis à disposition dans la salle.Le service est fait avec le sourire et la bonne humeur.Si ce restaurant ce spécialise il peut faire un excellent restaurant gastronomique..

Accueil chaleureux des plats servis généreusement et surtout très goûter on se sent tout de suite à l'aise, la serveuse a apporté des jouets pour nos enfants qui sont à disposition dans la salle BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX
