Dettera Restaurant Wine Bar - AMBLER

Thanks to Chef Power and his team for another delicious meal last night. From pizzas and burgers for children, to wild mushroom toast, foie gras, hump dumplings, grilled octopus, sweet potato ravioli and braided short ribs... every single bite was devine. Very recommended Dettera!

Dettera has the most incredible Rohausterns with Kalkgranita. We love the fresh cavatell and the duck is fabulous. A great place to go with great atmosphere and the service is excellent. You really disappeared if you weren't in Dettera. We'll be back soon. Thanks again for another great meal for our Date Night.

Had an excellent 3-course menu at Dettera this evening! Every bite was absolutely delicious and presentation was just beautiful. I am in awe of the cook fusion of aromas textures, use of seasonal products and attention to detail. Each course was a joy, both for the palate and for the eye. I love this place! (I have Celiacs and they are very much in agreement with food restrictions.

DETTERA has now become one of my favorite restaurants and I cannot expect to go back. Highlights: Each dish was appropriately cooked with spices and pairings that complimented it and brought delicious flavors. Great wine list to choose from and helpful staff. The atmosphere was perfect for our double date. I'm glad to eat out on the terrace soon. Favourite dish: NY Strip Steak and chocolate pate with Peanut Gelato, Caramel and sea salt.... Yumm.

Blue cheese stuffed figs ! Cauliflower and bacon pizza! Awesome food! Great waitress Kelly !
