Wendy's - Amarillo

I ordered online and it was very convenient. My food arrived quickly, but the burger could have been wrapped better. Overall, the meal was very tasty.

I asked for less salt on my fries because they had been too salty in the past and I couldn't eat them. This time they were perfect, and the manager even came out to make sure they were to my liking. This level of customer service is exceptional, especially for a fast food restaurant.

No, Wendy's isn't just good, it's spectacular. I can say this with certainty as I have visited the restaurant myself. The burgers are delicious and the staff is exceptional. Bourbon bacon has to try, I have it now 2x. Fries as always delicious. The place could use something DC: from cookies, flavors on beverage machines lobby a little dirty. BTW I was there during lunchtime. Always fresh never frozen

Cool, convenient location, with United and Walmart nearby on the major “Business” route through Amarillo. This location is nicely decorated, laid out and quite well maintained, tables, chairs and floors always appear clean. The staff have always been pretty friendly and attentive and I haven’t ever had to wait long for my food.
