Taco Bell - Amarillo

I’ve never had a better experience in a drive-thru! The person at the window was incredibly polite, efficiently handled my order, and made sure I received it quickly. Plus, he gave me all the sauces I requested. Thank you, kind sir!

It seems like I keep having issues with my orders, and tonight was no different—it was beans. I requested no sour cream, yet they added extra sour cream to everything. Out of all the Taco Bells I've visited, this one has been the worst experience. Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, I end up going to bed hungry because I just can't eat what they serve.

When I got home, my tacos were a complete mess; they fell apart the moment I unwrapped them due to being so soggy. I will never return to this place. As a fast food establishment, I at least expect decent quality food, especially when faced with poor customer service like this. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant!

The cashier was nice but the lady that took my order did not care what so ever. I had ordered two 7 layer fry’s and I had repeated myself multiple times to her. She not only got my order wrong but when I had told the cashier the lady that took my order came to the window and had told me the I ordered two nacho fry’s. I then had to correct her again and tell her I ordered two 7 layer fry’s. She walked off with an attitude and when I got the right order it was not only a very small amount but I am 110% sure she had spit in my order.

I order 3 chipotle chicken ranch burritos and none of the burritos had any chicken in it for the price that they had charged me for them guys need to put more meat in your food.
