Starbucks - Amarillo

I?ve been coming to this location for awhile and lately my venti drinks have not been filled all the way or have been getting completely filled with ice. It?s disappointing paying $7 for a coffee to not even get any coffee. Im a frequent customer and it?s inconvenient that my mornings are getting ruined by 8am sharp!

Ordered a croissant and coffee. but they gave coffee, they forgot about the croissant. I think the service needs to be better

Incredibly slow service. I?ve never waited more than 30 minutes at any Starbucks and then they got my husband?s order wrong. Won?t be visiting this location again.

How can a Starbucks employee willfully allow a venti drink like this out. There is a huge lack of respect to costumers. I work hard for my money.. Why would I spend 6 dollars on a venti drink that is basically a tall inside of a venti cup. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed, whoever manages this store should be ashamed. Please do better, money isn?t easy to come by. It?s hard enough with inflation.

I waited 22 minutes I'm the drive thru for a chai tea latte and I got a vanilla latte with no espresso. Terrible service terrible drinks and definitely the slowest store in Amarillo
