I am genuinely taken aback by the positive reviews. The pizza was at best reminiscent of cardboard, with a crust that tasted like matzah. The restaurant was quite busy with takeout orders, so it took some time for us to receive the menu once we were seated. The waitress was pleasant and straightforward about the food and its quality. Although the food arrived quickly, the pizza was only mediocre at best.

The pizza is decent, but the staff is disappointing. I've never been treated that way before. Just to clarify, I'm referring to the Paramount location. That's the context for this review.
