Pizza Hut - Amarillo

This Pizza Hut is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and consistently checks to ensure we're satisfied with our order. They greet us with warm smiles every time. The food is always served hot and delicious, whether it's the pizza, sandwiches, or wings. We've never been disappointed with anything; everything is always perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it a great spot for family outings or just a quiet meal with good food and drinks.

Please improve your online ordering system! It creates difficulties for your staff, who handled the situation exceptionally well and treated us with kindness. In short, I ordered 3 pizzas, a Cinnabon mini pack, and a 2-liter drink ONLINE. The system indicated that my order was successfully submitted, but the store only received an order for 1 pizza and a 2-liter drink. This led to a clear problem when we arrived to pick up what the system said we had ordered. Once again, the staff remained courteous and respectful, ensuring we received the correct order as quickly as possible! Please fix your system; it's challenging for your AMAZING staff!

This is the largest Pizza Hut I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! Of course, I'm in Texas! The manager was fantastic; she updated my app directly from her register.

I hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in years but I am so glad that I did this time. I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and a bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and bacon added. Both pizzas were so delicious! I will definitely be ordering from here again.
