Pan-handlers Café - Amarillo

The best-kept secret in town! We love this place! The professor, the Goudie and the club are all favorites. (also, gf bread options) We love their house made chips and the fries are crispy-delicious. Also, IT’s the best salad bar in town!!! That kale salad and those roasted brussels sprouts-yum! The service is always quick and super friendly. It’s a funny location-in the basement of a local bank but DO NOT let that deter you! They are open for lunch only during bank hours, so keep that in mind when planning your visit! The prices are very reasonable especially considering the high quality food they serve. Don’t miss this clean, cute, delicious little lunch spot!!!

The fries are awesome! The blt was amazing! And the service was fantastic and funny. She referred to the silverware as 'food wapons '. Loved it.

Quite atmosphere, great for business appointments. Had the jalapeño popper burger; very tasty highly recommend. Nice server, seated quickly.

The Pan-Handlers Cafe is located in the basement of the Amarillo National Bank building, and it’s a great place for lunch. I had the unlimited salad bar and a cup of broccoli cheese jalapeño soup, and my only regret is not being able to eat more of it! The staff was super friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend this place for groups meeting for lunch that prefer quieter environments.
