Meme’s D.o.c. - Amarillo

The wait staff was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere homey, and the pricing acceptable, but unfortunately the food was just average. I decided to try this place because I like to eat local when I can, and I was told everything was homemade which I guess it is, since canned biscuits are standard home fare. Other than that blip it was a nice visit.

Just discovered what has to be the best restaurant in Amarillo. The food was terrific, the service was outstanding. They have normal American fare but they actually have calf fries. We walked in the door and an exiting customer recommended the breakfast special. It's been there all along but it was our first time there. It definitely won't be our last.

Great food, wonderful people!! Great addition to ROUTE 66! I average 2 meals a week here and It's still a 5 Star Mom and Pop restaurant in my opinion ??????

We stopped here for breakfast during our Route 66 road trip. Classic diner experience with excellent diner food and super-friendly service. Got into a conversation with other customers--the place is that friendly. Highly recommended!

Great service, good food. This was definately a cool little spot to stop and grab some lunch.
