There were 3 employees and I stood there for 10 minutes before I leaned over the counter and asked for help. I needed a hot, ready pizza. She's a man who turned around n said she'd have to wait. Very rude. My engagement went on to let him know not to talk to me Qny somehow. Then there's another employee from behind. She still looked crazy. Then what I suspect was the manager came around the corner and said we were doin too much I then said you can only sell me a pepperoni pizza base I'm not picky and I said we don't have to serve at all. So I stopped trading my card and told Ur safe, and you wouldn't get my money! This store has closed for a short time, not a long time ago, but if this is the type of employees who could have yall r also remain closed. This tore was formerly busy day and night and now it looks abandoned. Better.

Make an online order on Sunday 5:40. The order went smoothly and my card was charged. When I came to the store to get my pizza, there was no sign of life literally. The store was closed, light out and doors closed. There was absolutely no sign at the door that the store was closed. I was so confused and livid because they accused me and the store was closed. I'm trying to call and the phone just ringed. I finished leaving and decided to call another time and finally got a response from a young man who answered Little Ceasars on Blvd Store is closed I then asked why they were placing orders online when the store was closed and he said back, we are closed early on Sunday. When I asked him where the sign said that he just reacted all online orders are refunded, then suspended. Worst costumer service would it kill you to make a sign and not allow online orders? I was one of about 10 people who were confused this day in Little Ceasars and for the same reason.
Online ordered food on 9/30, was picked up at 9:27. Go to store and it has been closed, lights out and a sign that is closed at 9 a.m. Staff in the parking lot said to come at 11:00. From our KOA and there was a new sign that did not open until 12:00!!! We couldn't wait an hour when we had to be at our next destination. The next day they called the store that they can't refund because we had to contact companies. Try to contact the company all weekend without predominance. After contacting me for the next 13 days a day, I get a call from the supervisor who says he was refunded. From now on, I do not see any refund or email of the refund. If not in my account tomorrow, I will contact you again. It is ridiculous because it took 13 days to spend a refund (at least say if it is a refund when I see the money in my account). Actually, they shouldn't even get a star.
I had ordered online and not from here as we are passing through (don’t live in the state). The employee was in car and the sign stated closed at 9pm due to health hazard!!!! I still haven’t received a refund for my $46!!!!
