Kfc - Amarillo

This restaurant doesn't deserve a single star. The service was incredibly rude! The staff seemed annoyed when we requested fresh fries—why should we even have to ask for fresh food? The fries were served cold, too. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it were the only restaurant left on Earth. That's all I have to say! Food rating: 1/5.

While speaking to the manager, the staff member thought he had closed the window completely and sarcastically commented, "This rude guy in the window wants his money back!" while rolling his eyes. Once he realized the window was still open, he hurried away. The manager, whose name I believe was Shanise, repeated the same policy about refunds. This made me understand why the previous customer had been so frustrated. After much back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to the substitutions. The manager also rolled her eyes during this process. When she finally handed me my order, she slammed the window shut without offering a simple thank you or an apology for the inconvenience. I tried to file a complaint, but was unsuccessful. I usually receive great service at KFC on Ross St., but I felt compelled to leave this review anyway, even though I doubt there will be any consequences for the staff involved.

I wanted to go through at 7 p.m. and I didn't tell any more pancakes tonight. Open up to 10, but not to make? If it is on the menu, it should be available at any time during regular business hours.

Although the service was good and the place was very clean, the food was even good. The colleague was wrong. Odd taste. The crispy crust of the chicken was dark and tasty. Either wrong ingredients or filthy frit or both. Disappoint. Food: 1/5

Came to get food, big mistake. Pretty much everything was messed up and I never got a receipt. Tried calling several times with no answer. Came back by to let the, very rude, manager know and she didn 't say a word to me. They fixed my order to their liking I guess. Didn 't fix my drink that was messed up, no apology. The employees thought it was cute to talk about it and have attitudes the entire time. Couldn 't even get the sauces I asked for right and got mad because I asked for them again. Do NOT recommend going to this KFC. Sad service. AND corporate can 't even answer their phone... So, I wonder why it 's not run like it should be. ?
