Church's Chicken - Amarillo

I've been thinking several times in the last few months that I'm just pretending to be rude to the Indian lady. I have probably tried to return different times to get another server, but it is always the same person and it is so rude. It starts rude and takes it to a hole nother level when you try to use a voucher or get the special. Last week I used a coupon for chicken and she tried to say my card went back, I asked if someone else could lead the card and somehow it worked ya right. Tonight, of course, I ordered some food, it was her and she was rude again, but I presented another voucher for a purchase to see a page, whether it made her naturally now quite suddenly crazy they did not have any pages like I am stupid his also on the menu I know how to read.

I like the food here, but the service here is terrible, this place has ruined my order 4 times because they refuse to answer phones there. Food: 3/5

I ordered my usual dish, expecting it to be fresh, but unfortunately, they served me bad mac n cheese. It's important to check your food before bringing it back to your family.

Can we dine in the upstairs area or dining room? The drive-thru line was consistently long, causing a wait.

I worked my way up to district manager at a Church's Chicken in Tennessee, so I am familiar with the quality they can achieve. Unfortunately, this particular store always falls short. The chicken we ordered was served at room temperature and the crust was torn up, leading to greasy and dry chicken. I am disappointed because I keep hoping for improvement. One positive aspect was that the young lady working there made us fresh fried okra.
