Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt really depends on the layer I guess. In one layer I ordered boneless chicken wings and got food that was hot and proportionate. On the other layer they were served cold and we are tiny pieces of scrap. Long story short, we just decided to buy our own chicken wings and cook them themselves. It is too costly to be rationalized when we seemed to be left for scrap from previous orders when they were all cold.
I love this place!I'm usually there early around 3 ish, Rudy is always great and quick to serve. Kimmy is also very good as well as John! These people are the reason why I go back almost every week, they always get the order right and very attentive! I highly recommend this location.
Chili's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. The wide variety of food on the menu,the good prices, atmosphere. In recent years I've been more hesitant to go because of bad service and food. I won't go to the one on Coulter anymore. I've gone to the one on Western and Hwy 40. A couple of times during the day and everything was great. We recently went out on a Sat evening to celebrate my birthday. The food,the service, being overcharged for our drinks. The food wasn't very good. And the bartender/server made excuses. Also if you get the ribs your charged extra for the dry rub. Those little things are big things to customers. I'm not sure if I'll be back, I may give them one more try. It ruined my birthday dinner. But it will definitely be during the day time.
This location has really gone down hill. Last night our ribs were dried out, my boyfriend's jalapeno sausage was chewy, my daughter's rice wasn't cooked all the way. We asked for extra croutons and dressing for our salads and when we checked the to go bag and went back in to get the extra dressing and croutons we were met with an bad attitude about it. It clearly stated on our receipt we had asked for extra. Also my boyfriend asked for extra tomatoes, cheese, and onions. He got maybe the equivalent of 1 cherry tomato cut up and 3 slices of onion. And barely any cheese at all. I understand being busy but really no excuse to cut corners or to over cook food.
We stayed in Amarillo last night. Arriving late, we quickly looked for a restaurant that might still be open at 10:47pm. I called this location, they took my order 13 minutes before closing, and had our food ready when my husband arrived just moments before 11pm.We were very grateful that they didn't turn us away being so near to closing time. They were the last restaurant open besides fast food. Thank you for being so kind and feeding us so late! We really appreciate the great service!
