Przekaż informację zwrotnąAfter repeating my order 3 times at the speaker, I pulled up to the window, and the cashier was standing outside talking to a friend, all the while with his headset on. After about 5 minutes, he took my card, and after a good 15 minutes, I received my order. There were at least 3 employees inside, and I just don’t understand what seems to be the lack of consideration for the customer, not to mention price increase due to inflation.
Much nicer location! Food was good like before but this location was more updated and comfortable. Chicken and fries were fresh and hot. I love the rolls and hush puppies and those hot dinner rolls are dangerous! Great job folks!
You can't say anything wrong about Chicken E. The tenders are always fresh and delicious and the sweet iced tea is one of the best in town.
Horrible customer service, they got my order wrong twice and acted as if it were their problem. Couldn’t order half the menu because they were “out” and an absolutely ridiculous wait time. I will not be back here
Very terrible service. I was in on the evening of 4/5/22 about 9:25-9:30. As soon as i pulled up to the speaker it took about two minutes for them to even acknowledge me. I start to order, the employee interrupted me while i was ordering to say that they had already turned the fish fryers off (thirty minutes early). As i’m trying to order the employee just keeps rudely saying “is that it”. I finally get to the window as i pull up i can hear the employees talking very loud and rudely about me cause i ordered my family food. They give me our food we are some missing food and all drinks, plus the food is cold already when i was making sure everything was right When I asked for sauces before leaving i was told “hol up”. When i got home, the gravy was practically water, the chicken looked like it had been picked apart the drinks were wrong. I am VERY upset with this and would like something to be done about it.
