My only issue was the store manager on duty at lunch time on a Wednesday she was rude and hateful to her employees right in front of the customers yelling and talking down to them. She should not be in a leadership position because she knows nothing about how to lead a team.Vegetarian options: Salads
What is going on BK? The outside looks horrible which makes you not want to stop.SERVICE is slow SLOW SLOW! Nice but slow then you get old, messy, overall BAD FOOD.I like BK but the branches in Amarillo/Canyon completely ruin it for you.. DO better..
Burger King’s new policies on mobile app orders is horrible service. I placed a mobile order and was refused my order because I went to the drive thru. They made me park and go inside. I have an injured leg and it caused serious pain which they did not care. They said it is corporate policy to not serve you in the drive thru if you use their app. It is frustrating these large corporations continue to raise prices and provide poor service.
Had to bail on this Burger King after sitting in the drive thru for over 22 minutes. Unacceptable when you have 12 hour drive. Never even placed an order. We watched the McDonald’s serve 10 cars while we waited….which is where we are now.
Got the whopper jr. meal and fries were cold and the hamburger bun was stale and hard to the touch. I had ask for ranch and didn’t get any either. Waste of $7.
