Baskin-robbins - Amarillo

Every time we get here, there's a problem with the employees. this time they couldn't give me a quarter of the ice cream I get every time. it sounds like it's a problem if not have the right time to set it up, but was extremely rude about it and refused to help us on any way or just use different dishes/tubes to do exactly the same thing. only a sustained management problem that they do not seem to fix. I haven't got my business today, and I'm not gonna be in the future. update: went on one of soncy and they were wonderful, did exactly what the other would not load for us and also had great customer service.

My family and I had the worst customer service experience of our lives at 2823 Western Ave in Amarillo,TX. The staff actually refused to serve us. I thought they served all kinds of customers, but apparently not. It's truly disappointing. I can't believe how many people this has happened to. How is Dunkin still in business?

I ordered a large custom ice cream cake online from Baskin Robbins and easily picked it up at the drive-thru. They also had a nice cold brew with sweet cold foam from the Dunkin' Donuts that is combined with it.

Must be poor management. No longer have cookies or brownies, were out of bananas, then we try to order sundaes they were out of strawberry ice cream. So I ask if they can just use vanilla ice cream, and add the strawberry toppings and they tell me they don’t have that either. ??‍ They also weren’t very friendly, and then at the end when we went to get the order they gave us the fudge sundae we ordered but forget to give me my ice cram cone.

This morning, I was quite disappointed when I ordered a large peppermint mocha and drove away, only to realize that the cup was only filled 2/3 of the way. The coffee tasted delicious, but I had paid for a large size.
