Along an impervious and uphill road hidden among the vegetation is this restaurant with an exclusive view of the sea, typical Calabrian cuisine and friendly staff and helpful, reasonable price.

Teased by the positive reviews of tripadvisor, we decide to go to dinner during our holiday in Amantea. The location is suggestive: a rustic environment very well maintained, an outdoor space overlooking the sea and a temperature that allows you to enjoy a pleasant evening also in August. We started off with a glue appetizer, which I feel like suggesting: typical dishes of the tradition, the temperature of service allowed to understand the freshness of the dish, while the subways meant the preparation of the cheese, of those that make you feel air of home. We then opted for a second, my husband took an angus steak while I cut with radicchio and parmesan. Presentation curated in every detail, really excellent meat. The staff always attentive to verify that it was ok is always available to any requests. Love of the offered house. It was a wonderful dinner and for this we thank you and recommend to anyone in the area. A tip to travellers: attention to the route suggested by google maps, which in tracking the shortest route could provide you with an ostic (you can get from two different routes): check before driving.

All of the local antipasto, pasta and meat you have been dreaming of! A place mostly visited by locals (my aunt took me for lunch). Fresh Ingredients, and fantastic flavors. If you take a short drive up the hills of Amantea, you will find an incredible restaurant that’s antipasto, pasta, meat and vegetables are prepared with farm fresh ingredients and by culinary methods second to none. We were in a large group and ordered multiple plates. My favorites were the Gran Misto di Carne servito su pietra calda (Mixed Meats on a sizzling hot rock) spaghetti with cream of roasted red pepper, saffron and diced almonds. MUST TRY IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA!!

We arrived a the restaurant earlier than opening time and the staff were able to accommodate us no problem. Excellent food and fantastic service. Food is delicious. Probably anything you try on the menu. Great location with a great view. The joys of great Italian cuisine..
