Gastrobar 13 - Alvor

We had recommended gastrobar 13 and it was not disappointed. we booked, but it turned out that it was not necessary that it was from the season. we have located in the hidden courtyard, which is under the cover of the dense wisteria, so that it is shaded and protected, but still outside and how it becomes dark, the lights hanging on the anesthet provide a nice cozy atmosphere. we chose a selection of 5 tapas dishes and the waiter friendly advised that we should think about something rice, salat or patatas band (shorts, deep fried) so we also have some rice and some patatas band that proved to be ideal supplements to our order. probably, because the restaurant was quiet, our eating quickly and usually arrived at the same time, instead of the exaggerated art tapas is served in the rule, but that did nothing to take away from our joy at the meal. every product we have chosen was delicious and the quantities were perfect for the three of us. We finished our meals with a dessert, again beautifully presented and very pleasant. the staff was all polite, friendly and helpful, the place was rustic and the eating delicious. highly recommended.

Beautiful hippy artow vibe. very beautiful people. thoughtful, quirky furniture etc. they must go to the underwhelming entrance, because the garden is a magnificent surprise.

Only to visit the most perfect bar. Delicious tapas, delicious wine and beautiful warm fire and the staff were amazing.. I love it here

From entering the ordinary and bland after a few steps you emerge through the secret door and find yourself in a fairy-tale garden. The change is dreamlike as in a misty haze filled with the most aromatic smells under a mystical tree. Once seated the most friendly staff guide you through a mouth watering tapas menu. As you gaze around at the wonderful surroundings you think that your dreaming a childlike fantasy, but very quickly you are awakened by the most delicious food imaginable. From an awe inspiring ambience to a mouth watering experience we were pleased to find that a bag of gold was not needed.
