When the manager is not there the employees are rude and give you cold coffee and always have some excuse for not doing their job. The reply my husband got for getting cold coffee was it is what it is and I am not making a fresh pot!
This Starbucks is always fast and I never have had any mess ups on my orders. There?s also always cups to buy.
The service was excellent, and the drinks were delicious! My family and I really love Starbucks!
The one in Kroger is alot better.. my latte had a burnt taste.. they let my shot sit too long..
