Chili's Grill - Alvin

I ordered delivery from DoorDash for three orders of honey chipotle crispers. Halfway through eating, my daughter found two short hairs in her fries. I told her to throw away the fries and eat the rest. She found another hair stuck in the sauce. We called the restaurant and they apologized, but did not offer any compensation. We rarely eat here as it is a local spot, but this experience was disappointing. Finding four hairs in our food is unacceptable.

If I could give the young man Mateus who works in the to-go area 5 stars, I would. He seemed inexperienced and untrained, but my rating is based on the service I received tonight at Chili's in Alvin. I ordered takeout at 7:22 PM and arrived in Alvin when I was instructed to. I waited in my car with a crying baby for 20 minutes before going inside. After multiple unanswered phone calls, I finally decided to go inside. The wait was over an hour, with many other customers experiencing the same long wait. I'm not sure if they are short-staffed or in need of training, but the to-go service should not take that long. It was absolutely ridiculous. Thank you, Matthew, for doing your best.

We dined at this restaurant around 7 pm on a Saturday. It wasn't very crowded, but there were a lot of takeout orders. We waited for about 29 minutes to be served and our server never checked in with us. Eventually, the manager came over and explained the delay, informing us that they had to prepare our food. When our meals finally arrived, they were completely cold. We were very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this establishment.

Grayson is the best server and barkeeper. he deserves a raise!

Dana the bar tender was absolutely fabulous! A craftsman at his job, if not he made it look easy. Super attentive. Food took alil bit to come out, but it was great. If we have to sit at the bar to have Dana serve us, then so be it. Thank you so much for your great service.
