Our breakfast buffet was included during our stay in the hilton santa fe, but I wanted to write a reviwe for its excellent service. in the rule in buffet menus is not so great, but this place has the best service I ever get in one place like this. 5 stars. Congratulations.

Beautiful place with a good breakfast buffet. they have everything from juiced, yogurt, chalk, coffee and of course the amine dishes such as eggs, omeletts prepared at the moment, sausages, speck, sweet brot etc. space is really nice and service is also good. I didn't get a 5 stars because the floor under the table was not clean when I get there.

Good food and service. It's not full at night. the breakfast is all they eat buffet and it is worth it.

We ate breakfast here for about 5 days and a few light dinners. The waiters were fantastic, especially the several who spoke english. I am very careful about what I eat. I love tasty food but also eat gluten free and love a big breakfast including vegetables. So, this place has a beautiful buffet that changes daily but also, included in the reasonable buffet price, they will make you anything you request. They say that the vegetables and fruits are organic. They may be because many of the organic farms make their profits selling to big hotel chains in Mexico. Anyway, they're delicious... We had many plates of veggies, grilled, sauteed, steamed asparagus, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower with roasted mushrooms, nopalas, organic chicken, rich deep yellow yoked eggs etc. The daily breakfast buffet also included many very delicious mexican dishes, some cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese etc, cold cuts, a variety of bread and rolls and a small but good gluten free bread and cereal section. Also included are a variety of fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices as well a big selection of teas and specialty coffees.Something not quite right? The waiter will fix it, with earnest grace!Especially helpful were Socrates, Alberto and Jonathan. The first morning I woke up back home I wanted to be able to go back downstairs to this buffet! I wish it were nearby.This is not the name of the restaurant that appeared on my charge card, but there is only one restaurant in the Hilton Santa Fe, Mexico City. And the photo is of the place I'm reviewing so it must be.

I wandered in for dinner on a Sunday night and was immediately seated at a table for one. The waiter was very kind in responding to my broken Spanish, and did his best to speak to me in English. The beef medallions in Roquefort sauce was tasty. The meat was a little stringy, but tender to chew.
