Kokeshi - Álvaro Obregón

We loved the sushi there and order delivery every week during in quarantine in Mexico City! Although we could not eat this time, we have made it to our weekly highlight for almost two months to order our sushi look from koskeshi!

I went to Kokeshi Japanese restaurant, the quality of the ingredients are exceptional, but it has a bad service, please ask them to serve it, it is traditional Japanese cuisine, but I would not eat here again

Don't come here. I do not come again, eating is simply okey maybe even a bit on the bad side, but to wait as they wait for everything they ask is bad enough to not even think about it. come to this place. terrible service, bad hire to her bad service, will never recommend and never come again. save your money and your precious time.

The service super bad the quality of sushi is not good enough when they order they come back after 2 hours with their eating they try to talk to the manager and not even for knowing who ask to speak with him. they have no attention to any beautiful place I advise wounded and I never come back.

Service is so bad here. We ordered 6 pieces of sushi, 2 octopus skewers and 2 rolls but the server did not remember our order. He ended up bringing just 2 pieces of sushi out. Also, he dropped a piece of the spider roll on...the floor and just put the rest of the roll on our table. He didn't bother to tell us or ask the chef to make us a new one. When the bill came we told him that we would not tip because of the poor service, he replied OK' and didn't offer an apology. We came here on a very quiet Saturday afternoon and were the only table at the restaurant. I don't understand why the server could not remember what we ordered or why we needed to pay for a full order of the spider roll. For a top 15 restaurant in Latin America, you would expect a great dining experience. Instead, I am very disappointed in the service we had and will not recommend anyone to eat here.
