Culver’s - Altoona

It's hard to give Culver's a bad review. And the food was good, but this is by far the worst Culver's I have ever been to. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They forgot about me. Waited in the drive through while everyone else kept coming and going. I sat as the only car for many minutes

Went through the drive threw and waited over 20 minutes for our 2 ice cream. Finally had to go inside to get it and they forgot about it in their cooler. No one came to our car to ask what we were waiting for. This has happened on multiple occasions. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Whoever train’s the drive through people needs to make sure that those workers are actually listening to customers to get their order right. I specifically asked for cheese curds instead of fries, and they didn’t listen. This has happened 3 times in the last 3 weeks, until its fixed I won’t be going back. If you have to eat at a fast food place in Altoona, stop here. The workers are always so friendly, you'll have to wait for your food but it means it's always fresh instead of sitting in a warmer for an hour, and you can't beat the menu!
