Burger Shed Altoona

This restaurant is great for families, but there are so many televisions that it can be distracting. Despite that, it is still a good option when you're in the area. We really enjoyed Peggy's friendly and prompt service.

I had the pleasure of being served drinks by the bartender Amanda, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. Their attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their exceptional service!

Amanda was an excellent bartender who was able to answer all of our questions about the drinks and food options available. We ultimately decided to try the nachos, which were delicious. Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

Great meal and atmosphere. Love all the tvs. I can't say enough about our server, Amanda. We wanted for nothing! She checked on us several times, refilled drinks without us asking, and was genuinely kind! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars on everything was because my son didn't care for the actual burger he ordered, but I think that is more on him and his tastebuds. Also, it was pretty chilly in the restaurant, so we had to run to the car to get our jackets.

First visit Food was very good and hot .We had a Philly Cheese steak and Mac and cheese side and a Reuben with Tater tots both sandwiches were cooked well . Waitress was friendly, prompt and gave great service She recommended the Mac and Cheese . Very good choice the Mac and Cheese was nice and cheesy and hot Definitely would recommend this restaurant.
