Chicken Chef - Altona

Do not bother trying the pizza in Manitoba, it was terrible. I ordered it three times on different days and each time it got worse. Save your money.

The waitress who served us was excellent! Three of us ordered the perogies, but we were not informed beforehand that they were topped with a decorative garnish. Two of the dishes were for children, so they were sent back. The adults were able to eat first while the children waited, which was not ideal. The cottage cheese perogies were too sweet and the decorations on them were too hard, making it difficult to eat. One person ordered a three-course meal, but it tasted strange. The chicken dish seemed inconsistent with the chain's usual quality. The owner or manager brought us the bill without smiling, seeming upset, and didn't apologize for the wait. Overall, not impressed and won't be returning.

Eating was delicious as usual. the service was also great. I would give more stars than they placed the only ones who were asked for our vaccine information this day. 10/10!

Seated and given menus immediately, very nice. Ordered chicken burger, fries and gravy. Burger looked and tasted awesome! Fries were good and gravy the best around, plus free refills on my beverage. Only reason for not getting 5 stars.... waitress could have offered some friendliness and never checked back with us ever.
