Mcdonald's - Alton

The only reason I give you 2 stars is because unlike TACO BELL @least you give people the opportunity to come instead of thru through the drive ... I have the DRIVE THRU! BUT... It's really insulting for me that it's good for people to spend there... but if a person wants (or really NEEDS) to use the restroom... No, we can't do this... I don't see a big lack of business at McDonalds... But what, you can't afford it, at least ONE PERSON, who knows how to clean the restroom... Give me a break.

Hamb dry was not made correct pommes was hard cold and tasted like old oil

Only the giving of 2 stars bc order was placed, and no one inside the restaurant bothered to call and say they had closed. Workers, where I arrived, wait 10 minutes before I was told that they closed, found this when driving thru windows. Not on speaker

Just the worst. 2 large mac meals, waited 20 minutes in the line just to be pulled to a curb-side spot and said to wait a few more. came out with wrong order and asked again: What was your food? Lol. Go to the other 3 mcdonald is in the area, anything but this.

Food was hot, order correct and not too long of a wait. Would definitely go back.
