The food seems to be right, and the bags are well packed, but not even has an order prepared within a 5-minute period of Ready Time, and often over 10 minutes. The workers absolutely set online orders (delivery OR pick-up) for everyone in business. Beverages have not been given any of the times I have come, and the workers turned away from me when I spoke to them. On a certain occasion I came in and asked for the order. You said it was about 10 minutes, so I waited outside. They then made 3 feet in orders before closing the store 10 minutes early. The Ready Time was over half an order before closing, and it had not begun to prepare the order at any point. Honestly, if you are able to avoid this dealer.
I'm a big fan of Firehouse Subs. Especially the engineer Sub-Sandwich! This place always had friendly workers when I was there. Sometimes there were some long waiting times, but you can only make these hot subs so fast and they are really busy. My only real complaint is quite low and can a franchise bread? But I have always tried to earn points with purchases and track them in their app on my phone. Earlier, if I went to a Firehouse Subs, the PIN pad would ask for my phone number to automatically earn points. It seems like it never (at least at the Alton site) and I always have to remember to tell the cashier I want to earn points, and they have to manually key in my number.
I had just visited this place, it was dirty not even to take the workers my order, it was by far the worst fireworks Sub I?ve ever been. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'll never return to him.
If you want a meatball Sub on dry crust bread and have to wait, and wsit, and wait for that is your place. Even people who ordered online sat for 15-20 minutes for their orders and called their jobs to let them know why they were not back. No. They were not short on staff. Only employees who didn't care.
I was eating here 3-4 times a week until today. Ordered online per usual. Received my confirmation and monies taken from my account at 1143. confirmation email states monies not deducted until order is confirmed. At 1209 still waiting for my food I call to make sure the order was received. Lady that answers the phone yells and tells me she?s too busy to tell me anything. Horrible service. Called back to cancel the order because there is no online option to do so) she again yells and tells me she?s too busy to cancel my order and to call back.
