Zur Post Altotting

This restaurant is right in the centre of the town, at the town square. It has the most delicious Schnitzel my wife and I have ever had. The portions are massive. Service is friendly and efficient, and in summer, the outdoor seating is lovely.

Decided to visit Altotting while staying in Erding. So glad we did. After our visit, we were hungry and decided to have lunch. My wife had the schnitzel, I had the set menu, along with two radlers, the cost was 39 euros. I don't think that is bad for a 3 course lunch, a schnitzel and two beers. Service was reliable as, is the German fashion and polite. Note, there are no menus in English.

Except that the musician played too loud, there was nothing to complain. eating and service very good, staff very friendly.

Good eating in a beautiful atmosphere. table reservation uncomplicated. small but good menu. seasonal. nice, attentive service and very nice location at the parking table in winter garden especially beautiful.
