Trivios Restaurante Parrilla

They took 48 minutes to serve a cazuelita, which is the simplest dish on earth. The taste was terrible! When we talked to the responsible, no excuses were given. They just don't care. We would never go there again. Not recommended.

45 minutes to lunch. Sorry, but no action. Order a coke and never arrived 12 minutes later. They brought a dessert to apologize, but it wasn't our wish. At least the owner could bring the check and apologise face as it was a system error, and it seems that we were affected by the only table. We will never go back and we will ensure that all we know about the terrible service and bad communication as a team.

My wife Lucy and I went last week with a friend to Trivios and it was excellent! Our friend is regular and we've been there before. This visit has shocked me how much better our second trip to Trivios was. I had a delicious Punta Anca Steak. It was dynamite! Kotelett and tasty, cooked to a medium pink. Our friend had ribs, always a favorite of his, and Lucy had a soup and salad they enjoyed. Service was good. We look forward to our next visit!

This is the best place around here for beef and new on their menu was coconut fried shrimp which are absolutely amazing.. One would expect this at the beach in Santa Marta but these were something that blew me away.. The restaurant is always clean, we are always greeted with smiling faces and the quality is awesome. Weekends they are quite busy and all the tables are filled unlike other restaurants like Queareparaenamorarte (which is way overpriced like twice as much and the portions are half the size) around which sit empty or half empty most of the time. On the weekend they have a salad bar which to my amazement is quite popular. Here in Colombia salad bars are one visit only and average around 9500 COP (about 3 dollars)..
