I explicitly asked if a particular dish had onion and derivatives before ordering and I was assured no, when the dish arrived I immediately realized from the smell and taste that there was exactly that ingredient inside, obviously I didn't eat it and when we got to the cash register I explained everything because they pointed out that they had left it whole, whereupon the lady at the checkout wanted to remind me of the rules of these restaurants (which I obviously agree with) that you order as much food as you want but without waste, and I explained again that the mistake wasn't mine, I even offered to take it away so as not to waste it and give it to someone but she still added nothing to the fixed cost and made me pay.
