We decide for the DU PARC Restaurant, convinced by what is written on the site: You will taste, taste and spend moments of pleasant sharing with the skilled advice of Maurizio, the manager, who will lead you, with his culinary stories, on the long journey of cuisine Mediterranean I dial the telephone number to book, after selecting button 3 I am put on hold and there I remain connected via speakerphone until I arrive at the restaurant. I arrive with the telephone from which the insistent voice says to remain on hold and I ask for explanations, the answer: they must have messed up the telephone . They apologize and make us settle in a room which to say is crowded is an understatement we were expecting 70 people and 150 arrived it 's easy to imagine the context), we wait in vain for Maurizio and his stories. The noise prevents any conversation. We proceed by ordering the starter and first course which arrive quite quickly, for the second course we choose the grouper fillet with the scent of citrus fruits but when it arrives, instead of citrus fruits there are mushrooms which are not quite the same thing... never mind we adapt but we decide to thus ending our meal after two hours of stay. It must have been a bad day for the restaurant, in the evening I check the bill and I realize there are two desserts that we hadn 't consumed, the next day I go back to the restaurant, I get my money back with an apology for what happened. The manager tells me that he intended to meet us by welcoming us into the restaurant given the presence of my centenarian mother. I thanked him for the kindness but our aim was to enjoy an excellent lunch in a quiet environment and not to eat under any conditions. Staff efficient beyond all limits, insufficient in relation to the number of diners, I saw them running between the tables and exchanging directions shouting given the high number of decibels present in the room, their work deserves praise, our thanks go to them. I wonder, when you want to place yourself in a high quality standard, why compromise it by accepting such a high number of customers in relation to the size of the place and the staff present, I don 't dare think about the working environment in the kitchen, it must have been a lot chaotic enough to confuse citrus fruits with mushrooms

Excellent dining experience! The service and food are exceptional!! We dined there twice last week! The pasta ragu (first meal) and veal (second meal) were outstanding, so much that we ordered the exact same dishes on our second visit! The hot chocolate cake with vanilla icecream is dreamy! Sip their limoncello before heading home!!! Service: Dine in
