We stopped at WEINECK with 6 people and a dog after a hike through the Ahr Valley. We received a very friendly welcome there. We ended our day there in a very pleasant atmosphere with delicious wine and some delicacies such as goulash soup, ham platter, cheese variations and a cheese fondue. Great ambience, great service, excellent wines and what we particularly liked was the opportunity to try a wine without having to order a whole glass. Good-humoured employees (November 25th evening). Absolutely amazing. We did a wine tasting and then had an excellent fondue. Meat and cheese fondue absolutely recommended. Even if some traces of the flood can still be seen in the city, you can still spend a few great days there. We will come back soon and also stop off at Weineck. Hospitality is very important here!
