And Its Not The Staff Its The Owner And I Believe His Wife. Positives- The Buffet, The Price, Lo Mein, Crab Rangoon, And The YOUNG EMPLOYEES Are Great. Negative- My Last Two Experiences 1) I Bought Chicken And Broccoli, Chicken Lo Mein And Crab Rangoon. My Meal Was Almost 20 bucks . So When I Came Home And The Chicken Smelled Horrid and Old. My Brother Called To Tell Them,And THE WIFE WAS ANGRY AND FUSSED AT HIM UNTIL HE HUNG UP. My Brother Hasnt Ate There Since But I Decided To Give Them Another Try A Few Days Ago After Months Of Not Eating There. Like 3 Months. 2)Now This Experience Was With Andy The Manger, I Called To Place My Order And He Kept Rushing Me. I Also Like My Food With No Veggies So I Said No Veggies In My Sesame Chicken And Fried Rice. And He Got Multiple Attitudes So I Hung Up Before I Could Finish My Order Because He Was So Rude. He Called Back A Bit Later And He Asked If I Wanted The Chicken And Broccoli, At First I Was Gonna Cancel The Order But He Fixed His Attitude So I Tried To Continue The Order With The Chicken And Broccoli But He Got Upset Again So I Said Forget It I Will Take The Lo Mein, Crab Rangoon And Sesame Chicken But Forget About The Chicken And Broccoli. So I Went To Yamazato To Get The Chicken And Rice And It Was Fucking Amazing. China Wok Is Starting To **** Me Off, The Manager Is Becoming VERY Rude.!
The young lady that handles the ordering transactions is very RUDE!!! I would not dare have someone in the front of my restaurant behave in that manner. The food was great though. A lot of these businesses need to call chick fil A and obtain some tips from them on customer service (Nobody can touch them in that area).
NOT CLEAN!!!!!! It was disgusting nobody was wearing masks and there were no safety measures in place.
The food is terrible. Not to mention, this place is very unsanitary and the staff has been rude on more than one occasion.
Bigger than most small-town buffets I've been to. They have a decent selection, including some items that even the biggest buffets don't put out (coconut chicken, for example). What is important when considering this place is the time of day. When they first open, and through the first couple of hours of lunch is THE best time of day to eat here. Also, right at the start of dinner hours. While the food is decent all day, if you miss these peak times, there is definitely a difference in freshness. I come here frequently and have yet to have a bad experience. The wait staff is pretty fantastic. Those that work at the take-out counter can be pretty abrupt and not as friendly, but definitely not rude, by any means. They are very accommodating. In my experience, if something isn't on the menu, or they don't have a flavor available for a certain meat on the menu, they have no problem preparing it for you,,,though you may get some curious looks from them. Alot of small areas, like Altavista, aren't so lucky to have such a good place for Chinese food. Glad we lucked out.
