When I went to pick up my food they told me it was taking a little longer because I asked for well done and the guy seemed to have an attitude about it. The girl at the front wasjust sitting in her chair on her phone the guy who had the attitude was using dirty rags to clean the floor and the had theAUDACITY to touch my food. He was cleaning and preparing food. Again, NO GLOVES. disgusting. I will never order from here again.Also I believe the manager was in the back doing paperwork of some sort and did not correct his employees. Like jeez Iunderstand people just need jobs to make money and you probably don?t care about the customer service but if that?s the caseWORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! What the heck man!!
We called and asked if we can order food over the phone and he says no so I told him we would be there in 20 minutes and the manager says ok that's fine. The restaurant wasn't close to close time so we walked in and and runs up and says they are nottaking orders no more. Maybe if he wasn't in a hurry to get home to hit his dab pen and take care of customers this would be abetter place to eat. Seems everyone in this place has a attitude. This is the second time I've been here and both time hadproblems. Stop hiring bozos!!!
Service is always slow and rude, but I can actually handle it because eating is good. today I went into the girl in the register had ohr pods in and seemed like I bothered her, asked about my order and was mocked. then I got my order to get home and they gave me the wrong taste wings and blue cheese instead of ranch. I ordered a big ranch and got 4 dollar blue cheese in the müll
The wings are a good size, but some of the sauces need work. I wish the pickup times on the website were more accurate when I took my lunch, it was already cold. I know there was some time, but I had to take someone's attention to my order.
I?ve gone to this location many times in the past 12 years.. but clearly they?ve gotten new management that does not care about the franchise. I called tonight to make an order after work.. 45 minutes before closing.. they completely ignored my phone calls. So I drive myself to wing stop.. it?s now 30minutes before close and they tell me that they have already shut down the fryers and are no longer taking orders. When I asked to speak to who was in charge two young girls told me that their lead left for the night. So this location just does what they want when they want. It?s pathetic and completely unprofessional.
