Rude didn’t even acknowledge me standing in the store. Both star are walking around in kpnback like no one’s waiting. It’s crazy how another patron walks in and is immediately greeted and only after he is greeted and has his order taken as if I wasn’t even standing there for the absolute longest was I asked if id been helped I was in that store entirely too long for a small drink

Well out of my last 10 times ordering on the App for pickup and they got it right twice . Online ordering is a joke and store tells me “you really have to pay attention “ that’s why it can’t be correct . Tried manager and no answer . Terrible experience- good smoothie

I love going to the Planet Smoothie in Altamonte Springs. The smoothies are always consistent and delicious. The general manager goes out her way to remember your name and order when you walk through the doors with excellent customer service. I go out my way and grab my smoothie from this location as I don’t get the same service at other locations. I would highly recommend the Amazon Kick smoothie.
