My office is 5 minutes from here (1 mile) and I ordered after lunch and it took 30 minutes for delivery. The crazy fast delivery slogan obviously did not apply. They also did not pay attention to simple requests such as cutting sandwiches in half or marking the subs with the names we want. These are simple things you need to do better.
I actually work here. I know in the past a female manager who no longer works here. Management is better and though delivery times may get high we are doing the best we can with labor cuts. We had some recent drivers get fired due to bad attitudes and we are trying our best to get more drivers. I'm there everyday and please know, I'm trying to make this store better. I've read all the reviews and I will take everything in account.
Not very impressed by their sharing. I paid almost $15 for an 8” under w barely meat. plus sweet and spicy were wrong. person behind the counter was too busy on her handy to take my order right
I have ordered online via the app. I have a confirmation that everything was in order. ~10mins later I get an email that my order was canceled. I checked my transactions and I was charged for eating. then I tried to call the place called after 15-20 minutes and no one took up. Finally, the man had to drive to the place to find out what happened. there was a sign on the door that they were closed because of a ban at 3. the charge was still on the card I placed the order 5ish on Saturday and they do not close until 9 o'clock.
If I could put zero stars, I would. because why does it say that you are young open and close to 9 if they actually close by 3. it seems as if they make it their own hours and that's weird.
