Fig's Prime - Altamonte Springs

I was eager to visit this restaurant after seeing the menu. The jalapeno margarita was delicious and the service was great. However, the wine selection was a bit disappointing. Our appetizer had good ingredients but didn't have a wow factor. The same can be said for the rack of lamb - it should have been amazing but it was just okay. The Veal Marsala also didn't stand out, with the vegetables being the highlight of the dish. It might have just been an off night, so I would give it another try. On the bright side, my meal met my daily sodium intake. Overall, the service was good, the food was decent, but the vibe was lacking.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times before. Tonight, however, we had a disappointing experience. While my husband enjoyed his meal, I was not impressed with my salmon. I ordered it cooked medium, but it tasted burnt and dry. When I mentioned this to our waitress Allie, who turned out to be the daughter of the head chef, she seemed defensive and insisted that the salmon was cooked correctly. After some back and forth, they remade the dish, but it still lacked flavor, despite being served with a butter sauce that they charged us an additional $4.00 for. The lack of satisfactory customer service, particularly from the owner's daughter, has left us with a bad impression. We will likely not be returning to this restaurant in the future. We ended up taking the disappointing salmon to go, while my husband had already finished his meal. I am very disappointed and may have to stick with dining at Ruth's in the future.

I decided to go here to celebrate my birthday recently. Omg! the ambiance is everything!! The food, the service, the attention to detail. I felt so accommodated and special while dining. Our waitress was top notch! We tried the calamari, ate all of it. Wine selection was nice, food was delicious! Would definitely recommend for a anniversary or birthday or special occasion.

Brittany was our server and SHE WAS AMAZING! Let me just tell you I will definitely be back just because of her atmosphere and beautiful energy. She took care of me and my family and went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and were very well taken care of. Fig's Prime did the right thing by hiring her. She is a great addition to your restaurant and she deserves a raise! We left with huge smiles and are already planning our next trip back in hopes that we can have her as our server again. The food was great and it was a beautiful experience. Thank you Brittany for being such a kind soul and making our experience the best one ever. Best service we have ever had!

We had an amazing 17-year wedding anniversary yesterday. The food was incredible.
