We bring our three children here every year for all three birthdays. The last two times were very bad experiences. Both were the same server, but it seems to be a problem of setup, as none of the employees want to be there. Luckily an employee of a closed Chuck E. Cheese in Port Orange was there and she could anoint my daughter's birthday party. Her name was Marquette. She could say that our experience was not as planned, and did everything she could do to correct it. But honestly, it couldn't be anointed. We got a late greeting after our party had already begun, we hardly saw our server mahogany? She was also our friends server a few months ago when we have a party there for her. She has absolutely no personality, is very rude, extremely inconspicuous. She never went through the route with us and was delayed in any action afterwards. We hardly saw her, and she hid in the corner behind the front counter all night. She was not interactive with the children and should not be in the position she holds. We have been here for years for three children and we? re plans to do this until our children were too old, but according to these experiences we do not know whether we ever want to return to Chuck E. Cheese and they will no longer recommend to our friends.
So many great memories of my daughter are growing on Chuck E Cheese's visit. When she first saw him, she cried lol children are creepy! We love the little ride that takes pictures and prints them out. We even have a few in my daughter's baby book. I love this place because it's perfect for small children. Little children are the best! This is the perfect place for small
We came on request from my 9-year-old son. It was his birthday. I allowed it because I was here when I was a kid... At that time it was show-biz pizza. This facility seems to have really declined since then, but we have made the best of it! The arcade room here is small cramped. There is not much of a game selection. Several games needed maintenance. The unlimited playing cards were comfortable but had to be exchanged several times so that the machine can work. The food prices were very high. A large paprika pizza (apparently thin crust) was $18.50, plus $7 if you want a Supreme or meat lover. Actual pizza shops do not calculate these prices and you get better quality food with double or triple the amount. To show you how thin the pizzas are, my nine-year-old six-year-old sons ate a big one! The pizza wasn't worth the money. Luckily they cooked it fresh. We also ordered French Fries. They were $3,50 and baked us, not fried. We didn't say that before. This place leaves much to wish. I'll say we saw Chucky and in our experience the staff was friendly to us. In my opinion, there are many other places to take your children for their special day that would be a better choice.
Here at the location altamonte springs. I've been here for 28 years and have parties for my children. no longer after today! there are 4 people throughout the business. we have shown up 6 families for a birthday party for my 3 years old. we were told that we couldn't sit on the big 20 top tables because somehow we are divided into 7 smaller stands, less a chaos for them creates to clean themselves. how does the party division create less a chaos? we asked to speak to the manager (lady), she was firmly on her associate decision. she couldn't explain to me how it made sense, but she was ashamed. I wonder why the place is now empty....Would several groups of 2-6 year old children in 7 separate areas vs one or two of the unoccupied larger tabelles (that are here for parties). I assure them, makes no less of a chaos. I wish I could add pictures to this review so that they can see how absurd this is. also this is my first Google review. I usually let things go, but a business that loses the sight of why they're in business must be called out. I assure them that I will spread this budding throughout my church, in work and in personal groups (all of them have made the many children parties here).
