Chick-fil-a - Altamonte Springs

Chick FIL A never disappoints especially this location. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The store is always neat and clean and I never worry that the bathroom has been forgotten bcus it's always clean.

I drive all over Central FL for a living and visit numerous Chick-fil-A locations for lunch. The reason, I am seeking a healthy fast food as my time is so limited. In general, most of the locations are on par with quality control. Some better than others. However, this location, has been just terrible each time. The first unsatisfied experience is when my fries were cold and I was given sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Also, no straws for my teas. No big deal if I wasn't on a time crunch and had to go back to fix my order.In addition, I have ordered Cobb salads. Again, (unlike other locations where you would get 5-6 grilled nuggets) they are skimming by cutting 2-3 nuggets in half.On more than one occasion, I have ordered the chicken wrap or should I lettuce wrap. At first I figured it was a bad batch. I think I have ordered it 3 times now and each time it looked like a single chicken nugget chopped up an thrown in with a bunch of lettuce. Then today, (giving the wrap one more shot at my least favorite location) I ordered the $8.00 wrap (which put the icing on the cake and ensured that I will not return to this location). Again, 2 lettuce wraps. However, when 3/4 complete with my wrap, I crunched down on something hard. I spit it out to find it was black and hard. I could only surmise that it may have been plastic. I guess you can say, that was the straw that broke the camels back. Again, I don't have time to run in, wait for a manager and have a over drawn conversation. I have given this location numerous opportunities to redeem itself (mostly because it's on the route I run). Chick-fil-A has been my go to health choice fast food. However, this location will definitely be coming off that list.

Great costumer service from the cashier to the server who brings you your food to your table. I had forgotten to ask for my bacon on the side, when I told the server I needed to pay for it he answered with a smile and told me it was on them. I was so touched by his gesture that it touched my heart. It didn’t end there the cashier lady was cleaning my area and she notice I was leaving and asked me if I wanted a refill of coffee before I left. I just want to express that there are still workers Business that make you feel so special with there kindness. If you are ever in altamonte springs this Chick.fil.a is the place to take your family food is good and fresh and of course excellent service. Thank you chick.fil.Workers of altamonte springs I give you 10 stars but it only allows me to give 5.

That's great! I prefer to go here to study instead of panera brot because they have a lot of sockets and short lines. I really love the workers here because they are very friendly. especially, jody showed a real love for other people when an individual came up with an obvious mental impediment, screamed and demanded that they get their food and bags. jody could say that she was triggered by something and quickly recovered that she was in order and de-escalated the situation. she has made her talk quietly and sit with her to keep in the restaurant order. it made a big difference by talking to her instead of calling the bulls that showed her real heart for her customers.

This location does not read the Uber Eats order at all. Items are always missing (from condiments to entire items in the combo). Be cautious when ordering from this location if you want to avoid frustration.Edit: Oh yeah, found hair in another meal here. I’ve never been here in person and I never will. Order/go to another one. Summit Center Drive is a way better Chick Fil A as far as quality is concerned.
